Crunch
  • 1 sleeve water crackers
Drizzle
  • 2 tbsp honey For drizzling
Garnish
  • 1 Fresh mint or rosemary sprigs For garnish

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan

Method

Build the board
  1. Place the brie cheese wheel in the center of a large board, then surround it with the cubed white cheddar to create the main base.
  2. Group the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and red grapes into separate clusters around the cheeses, alternating colors for visual contrast.
  3. Fill any remaining gaps with the water crackers and blue corn tortilla chips so the board looks evenly covered.
Finish and serve
  1. Drizzle the brie lightly with honey just before serving to keep the flavors fresh.
  2. Tuck fresh mint or rosemary sprigs between the fruit clusters as a garnish.
  3. Serve the board at room temperature, and refill fruit and crackers as needed throughout the gathering.

Notes

Pro tip: keep the fruit dry before arranging so the clusters don’t weep juice onto the cheeses. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator up to 2 days; crackers may soften slightly. Freezing is not recommended due to fresh fruit texture. For a dietary swap, use lactose-free brie and cheddar (or a plant-based cheese wheel) to make the board dairy-friendly while keeping the layout.
